Nichols Park Pond Beautification Committee

This ad hoc committee welcomes volunteers who would like to join in a grass roots effort to improve the Spencer Village property known as the Nichols Park Pond.

NICHOLS PARK POND BEAUTIFICATION PROGRAM GOALS

Revitalization of the Nichols Park Pond and surrounding park land, including:

Improvement of the ecological health and appearance of the Nichols Park Pond
Beautification of the adjoining park land
Increased recreational and educational utilization of the pond resource
Increased awareness and appreciation of the natural environment and our watershed
Increased safety of the park area
Development of community pride in the Village of Spencer
Increased economic value to the Village and Town of Spencer

No regularly scheduled meeting dates exist, but meetings are called when there is significant information to be discussed or work to be accomplished.
